The Vitis in Vulture winery in Lavello, in the province of Potenza, launches Enjoy Rosè on the market, a pure Charmat method sparkling wine from Aglianico, which enriches and completes the range of products of the Lucanian cooperative. The pride of the Aglianico del Vulture DOCG territory, this vine produces red and rosé wines of great character, structure and freshness, thanks to the volcanic soil and a climate with strong temperature variations that enhance the aromas and finesse of the wines.

Even in the sparkling version, Aglianicocan be generous, Enjoy is already captivating in its color, a delicate salmon pink that shines in the glass with reflections reminiscent of ancient gold. The perlage is fine and persistent, and enhances the fragrant scent of fresh flowers, on which the rose, aromatic herbs and small red berries stand out. On the palate it is caressing, with citrus notes of pink grapefruit that enhance its freshness without attacking the palate, and aromatic herbs that pleasantly return.

Sapid and persistent, it denotes all the vigorous character of the Lucanian grape, resulting in a fine and harmonious. Aging on the lees for 4 months gives structure and elegance to this sparkling wine, perfect to accompany festive dishes, from appetizers based on smoked salmon and battered vegetables to fish soups, pies or second courses based on white meat.
