In C.da Finocchiaro, near our company, “Re Corrado” the legitimate son of Frederick II of Swabia died, this wine is in his honour.

The aging on the lees makes it perfect for allfish appetizers, in particular it goes perfectly with the typical dishes of Asian cuisine.
