Enjoy Blanc – The new sparkling wine from Vitis in Vulture

After Enjoy Rosè, the tantalizing brut bubble from Aglianico presented a few months ago, the Lavello winery offers Enjoy Blanc, a Charmat method sparkling wine from Chardonnay and Fiano in a dry version, therefore designed to complement the first and complete a lunch from aperitif to dessert. all effervescent.

In this sparkling wine, an international grape variety and a native one from Southern Italy support each other and express themselves with originality, thanks to the terroir and an ideal microclimate to enhance the aromas and elegance of the wines:the lava soil of the Vulture. The grapes used all come, in fact, from vineyards in the area. Aging for 4 months on the lees gives a fine and persistent perlage, delicate hints of flowers and wild herbs on the nose followed by delicious scents of tart and honey. In the mouth, the explosion of citrus fruits is surprising, a beautiful crunchy and acidulous apple and an aftertaste of aromatic herbs, with a freshness and flavor that recall the sip without tiring.

Balanced and full of character, with a beautiful structure like all the wines of the area, it lends itself to a versatile use; it can be proposed for an original aperitif accompanied by cruditè and croutons with gorgonzola with walnuts and taleggio, perhaps lowering the serving temperature by one degree to make the whole more harmonious.

For a more traditional combination, on the other hand, at 6-8 ̊C, it is perfect with a cheese cake with cherries: the sweet and at the same time slightly acidulous taste of the fruit and the sweet fatness of the cheese blend perfectly with the flavors of the sparkling wine that pleasantly refreshes and cleanses the palate.
