22nd interregional gastronomic competition: “Light and food”
The 22nd interregional gastronomic competition organized by the Associazione Cuochi Materani (ACM) was held in Matera on 22nd and 23rd January 2019 in the splendid location Sala Ricevimenti Garden.
The initiative was born to promote the integration between different subjects and different systems that are measured on the side of art in catering. The gastronomic excellences prepared by the participating teams were accompanied by two wines of our production:
Vitis in Vulture thanks the Materani Cooks Association for the opportunity to have accompanied the gastronomic excellence of the territory with its wines.
